Turnlife is a manufacturing enterprise with 2 factories. Shenzhen factory, founded in 2011, located in Guangming District, has about 100 employees and 3,000 squre meters office. Ever Since 2011, Shenzhen factory has been focusing on the developing and manufacturing of lithium power products. Dongguan factory focuses on R&D and production of the smart accessories of consumer electronic products. It is strengthening its capability in metal parts processing, including stamping, sand blasting and brushing. There are several FATP lines and 100 CNC machines in this factory. Our Management Quality & Service is the core value in Turnlife, since it was founded by the Yang brothers. Our current management follows the ISO9001 system. We have strict Quality Control process to ensure our quality. Except normal final QC after packing at production workshops as most factories do, we implement a second quality check in our warehouse before shipping. We are building the elaborating management system, which we learned from Samsung. This system comes with automatic production equipments as well as management system, with these new equipments, new production lines and new management system, our quality control and capacity is continuously improved. Our R&D Capability We have a strong R&D team. We are able to provide new product designs as soon as we receive an idea or inquiry from our clients. We have ID design, structure design, circuit design, from molding to mass production. The Shenzhen factory's 24 different products were designed and developed by our own engineers instead of by client's OEM models. The Dongguan factory is also strengthening the R&D capability, to include more professionals to join our engineering team. In forecast, our R&D team is expected to be able to incorporate 4 basic functions. That is products function design according to the market research; the industrial design; mechanical design; electric and firmware designs. Our Promise We aim to be excellent from every aspect.
